Common Questions

I downloaded the installer but Windows blocked it. On some systems, Windows SmartScreen may show a warning like “Windows protected your PC”. Click “More info” and then “Run anyway” if you downloaded the installer from our official website.

The app says I am in trial mode. What does that mean? When you first install NextPDFPro, you get a 7-day free trial. During this time, all features are available but a small “NEXTPDFPRO” watermark is added to exported PDFs. You can buy a lifetime license from the Pricing page any time.

How do I activate my license key? Open NextPDFPro and go to Help → Activate License. Enter the same email you used for purchase and the license key you received. Restart the application once. The watermark is removed and your license is active on that PC.

I lost my license key. Can I get it again? Yes. Please email us at support@mydesktoptools.com from the email address you used for purchase. We can resend your license details.

Can I move NextPDFPro to a new computer? Yes. Please contact us if you change computers. We can help you transfer your license to a new device. In your email, mention your old PC and new PC details.

My PDF conversion failed or looks wrong. Please send us a sample file (if possible) and describe which conversion you used (e.g. Word to PDF, PDF to Word, merge, split, etc.). We will check and guide you.
